As an organization we believe that processes ensure smooth operations. But we do not believe in overwhelming our employees with too much to do! And so, we have adopted a simple approach. We try and make it easy for our employees to internalize and follow these processes. We do so through:-
• Helping employees see the larger picture and understand the significance of every single process
• Taking inputs from the employees while creating new processes
• Periodic review of processes from the usability perspective with the employees
• In-depth training and sharing of tips on efficient process adherence
• Use of technology and tools to minimize the man effort in entering data / statuses

To help employees excel and see quick and sustained growth; we have adopted some specific people practices.
• We set clearly defined goals for every individual/ team and the organization. Progress is reviewed periodically. Feedback and scope of improvement is shared freely as and when; Managers do not wait till the end of the appraisal cycle to do so.
• Structured appraisals happen every 6 months. Goal completion is reviewed and new goals set.
• Appraisal system typically consists of Self-Appraisal; Manager Appraisal; and Client Appraisal.
• Fast track promotion assured for deserving employees.
